Do I need any extra software or login details to use your materials?

No, all our materials are in a PDF format. All you need on your computer is a PDF reader, such as Acrobat Reader, which you probably already have.

 

Are the materials for online lessons or for printing?

All our materials can be used for online lessons and for printing. They’re all in landscape orientation, which means it’s easy to display them on the computer screen while teaching.  

 

What does the licence cover?

All our materials are only for use by a single teacher. That means it can only be used by a person who purchased them. Contact us via hello@twofoldefl.com if you wish to purchase a multi-user version (for example for a language school).

  

Will I know how to use these materials in the classroom?

Every pack has a Teacher Notes section with instructions on how to use the materials and also additional ideas for activities. 

 

How is the order processed?

After the payment is completed, you will get an automatic email with a link to download the materials you purchased. It’s a Dropbox link, and you don’t need a Dropbox account to download them. 

Sometimes there might be a delay in the processing, and you might have to wait for the link a bit longer. This doesn’t happen often, but we don’t recommend buying a material with the intention of using it on the same day.

 

What payment options do you have?

We have these payments options: 

  • PayPal 
  • Card Payment
  • For Polish customers we also offer quick online payments, BLIK and bank transfers. Polish customers can also pay via PayPal (with or without a PayPal account, as above).

 

I want to pay in a different currency.

In our shop you have an option of paying in Euro or Polish PLN. If you want to switch between them, you can do it by clicking on the icon of your preferred currency.

 

I’m a Polish customer, I’d like to pay via quick payments or BLIK, can I do it?

Yes, you can. Just change your preferred currency to Polish Złoty. You can do it by clicking on the icon in the shop.

 

My payment didn’t go through.

If your payment didn’t go through because of a connection issue, you can place the same order again. We will cancel the unpaid order, and only process the paid one.

 

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Your invoice will arrive within a couple of days. It will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. If your invoice doesn’t arrive, please get in touch with us at: hello@twofoldefl.com. We will resend it.



I didn’t get the material I ordered, what should I do?

If you haven’t received the email with the link to download your material, email us at: hello@twofoldefl.com

Just send us an email at: hello@twofoldefl.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We answer emails from Monday to Friday.
